Kendra Reiss, the owner and operator of Everything’s Connected, has extended her hours in the upcoming months to accommodate additional appointments until the building sells or until her short medical leave begins. Until such time Kendra will remain at the current location continuing to practice as a Massage Therapist and a Holistic Practitioner.
Our dedicated Registered Massage Therapists, Emily and Denver, will be joining Seaside Chiropractic starting at the end of April. You can book appointments with them by heading to the Seaside Chiropractic website. Seaside Chiropractic is owned by a well-respected colleague in the industry. While we’re sad to see them go, we wish them all the best in their new endeavors.

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body in order to normalize those tissues. Manual techniques include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of/to the body.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands; this controlled pressure can alleviate the source of the discomfort. In the absence of any particular malady or abnormality, reflexology may be as effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness as it may be for relieving symptoms of stress, injury and illness.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing

Emily grew up in the rolling hills of Bonshaw, Prince Edward Island. After graduating with honours from Trillium College Kingston in 2019, she began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in Charlottetown, PEI, before relocating to Halifax in early 2021. Combining her natural intuition and positive, perfectionist personality, Emily strives for the best in everything she does. Though her current focus is on deep-tissue and sports massage, she has experience with a variety of clients and conditions, and her caring, compassionate nature shows in every one of her treatments.

Originally from the Annapolis Valley, Denver comes from a background in healthcare, having worked in pharmacy for several years before making the career shift to massage. He graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. He experienced a wide variety of patient challenges, including helping those with neurological issues and sports injuries. Concentrating on deep tissue, rehabilitation, and myofascial release, Denver works closely with his patients to ensure that they are getting the therapy and structure that works best for their lifestyle.

Kendra was born and raised in Shad Bay, NS and currently resides in Prospect Bay. She is a licensed Registered massage therapist, registered reflexologist, and a Reiki Master/teacher as well as an entrepreneur. Kendra has been working in Prospect since 2006 when she graduated from ICT Northumberland, aiding in the health of its residents. She has gone to great lengths to keep current in her field of expertise and tries to help others as much as she can with her knowledge. She has volunteered many hours as a therapist working for non-profit organizations, such as the Sunshine Room (QEII) working with cancer patients, with addiction clients at stay homes, the IWK and probone cases when needed.
